The Skier’s Breakfast Burrito at Beaumont Bakery

On my Salt Lake City breakfast tour I’m focusing mostly on newer spots, but a few favorites that feel new to the valley still make the list. One staple I had to include is Beaumont after picking up a breakfast burrito there today.

I love Beaumont for many reasons, but the top two are convenience and freshness. If you spend time recreating in the Wasatch Front—hiking, skiing, or biking—Beaumont is one of the best places to fuel up before heading out. I often grab a breakfast burrito on my way up the canyon before a big ski day. The drive-through makes it fast and accessible without sacrificing quality.

Beaumont’s breakfast burrito is packed with fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, roasted corn, and bell peppers. What elevates it, though, is the sauce—creamy tomatillo escabeche-style dressing that brings brightness and balance. A good breakfast burrito almost always relies on a standout sauce, and this one delivers.

Tucked between 3900 and 4500 South on Wasatch Boulevard, Beaumont offers much more than burritos. They serve strong coffee, fresh pastries, and memorable savory dishes like a burrata salad that’s worth trying. The café’s patio and thoughtfully designed interior make it a pleasant spot to sit when you have time.

A quick note about timing: popular, well-made food attracts crowds, and Beaumont gets busy—especially on weekends. If you only want coffee and pastries, the quick grab-and-go option or the drive-through will save you time. If you plan to sit down, expect a short wait on weekend mornings.

Overall, Beaumont is a reliable stop for fresh breakfast and convenient service. It’s a great option for fueling outdoor adventures or enjoying a relaxed morning when you have time to linger.
