2. Add the ground turkey, season with salt, and cook until no longer pink, breaking it up with a spoon as it browns.

  • 2 lbs. ground turkey
  • 1 small white onion, diced (or yellow onion)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can dark red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can pinto beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes, not drained
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 Tbsp cumin
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ⅛–¼ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Instructions
