This easy holiday muffins mix makes flavorful, seasonal muffins and also makes a lovely gift in a jar. Prepare the complete muffins or package the dry mix for friends, family, teachers, or neighbors. These muffins are kid-friendly and make a great after-school snack.

Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup dry milk
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients thoroughly.
- Spoon the mix into a one-quart jar and seal. Label or tie a note with baking instructions.
Suggested label to attach to the jar:
Holiday Muffins
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/4 cups water
1/4 cup oil
1 jar Holiday Muffins Mix
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Empty the jar of mix into a medium bowl.
- Add the egg, water, and oil; stir until just moistened. Do not overmix.
- Fill muffin cups about half full.
- Bake 10–15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the pan immediately and serve warm.
Makes 15–18 muffins.
