Although I’m eager for autumn, the weather hasn’t quite shifted yet. I’ve been spotting and buying lots of seasonal ingredients—many of which are best enjoyed warm. That doesn’t sound ideal when it’s still hot outside, so I wanted a cool, festive alternative that still captures fall flavors.
These Candy Corn Yogurt Pops are the perfect solution. They’re made from yogurt, so they’re lighter than many dessert treats, and they’re served cold—ideal for enjoying during the last warm days of the season. Plus, the layered colors mimic classic candy corn for a fun Halloween-themed snack.

- 32 oz. container plain or vanilla yogurt
- 3 drops Wilton creamy vanilla custard flavoring (optional but adds a candy-corn aroma)
- Wilton orange food gel
- Wilton yellow food gel
- 3 disposable decorator icing bags (or 3 Ziploc bags with the corner snipped)
Directions:
- Divide the yogurt evenly among three mixing bowls.
- Add one drop of the vanilla custard flavoring to each bowl (optional). Stir to combine.
- In the first bowl, add about 1/8 teaspoon of orange food gel and mix until the color is even. Cover and chill.
- In the second bowl, add about 1/8 teaspoon of yellow food gel and mix until evenly colored. Cover and chill.
- Leave the third bowl plain for the white tip of the candy corn.
- Transfer the white yogurt into a decorator bag and pipe a layer into the bottom of each popsicle mold. Gently tap molds so the layer settles evenly. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Pipe the orange layer into each mold on top of the white layer. Freeze for another 15 minutes.
- Finish with the yellow layer, filling each mold to the fill line. Insert lids and sticks, then freeze for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
- Remove the pops from the molds and enjoy. Yield: about 8 yogurt pops.
