2. Cut the puff pastry sheet into squares or rectangles. Transfer the pieces to the prepared trays, leaving a small gap between each so air can circulate.

3. Spread tomato paste or pizza sauce on each pastry piece, leaving a narrow border for the crust. Add mozzarella and your chosen toppings.
