Ingredients
- 500 grams burrata, about 4 balls
- 1 slice ham, small
- 1 fresh mozzarella
- 400 grams grape tomatoes
- Fresh basil, for garnish
- 6 peppercorns
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Pepper, to taste
- Sea salt, to taste
Instructions

Place the burrata balls two by two in the center of a serving platter.

Slice the fresh mozzarella and use the medium petal cutter to cut four ear shapes.

Use the flower cutter to create a woolly fringe from the mozzarella to sit atop each burrata.

Cut smaller petal shapes from the ham to line the inside of the ears for color.

Arrange the ears and the mozzarella fringe on the burrata to form lamb faces.
